At Pacific Engineering Pty Ltd, we take pride in our extensive experience and expertise in the design and fabrication of pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers and storage tanks. Established in 2010, our Sydney-based company is Australian-owned and has been delivering exceptional services to our clients ever since.

Design and Fabrication - We offer design, fabrication, inspection, and supply of pressure equipment such as air receivers, columns, drums, autoclaves, separators, strippers, condensers, coolers, heaters, distillation columns, beer fermentation tanks, falling film evaporators, gas stacks, finned tube air coolers, cryogenic vessels, and API storage tanks. We also provide fabrication and site installation of pressure piping (pipe spools).

Design Verification and Registration - Pacific Engineering can verify your designs and submit the pressure vessel design registration documents to the statutory and regulatory authorities on your behalf. Our qualified pressure vessel and heat exchanger design verifiers can verify designs to AS 1210, ASME VIII - 1/2, EN 13445, AD 2000, CODAP, GB 150 and assist with the submission of design registration documents in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, SA, TAS, ACT or NT. We can also review, remodel and verify designs by Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Fabrication Inspection - Pacific Engineering performs fabrication inspections in accordance with AS 3920.

Quality Management System - The company operates under an AS/NZS ISO 9001-certified quality management system.

Pacific Engineering designs pressure vessels in accordance with AS 1210, AS 2809.1, AS 2809.6 (road tankers for cryogenic liquids) & ASME; heat exchangers (thermal and mechanical designs) to TEMA, AS 1210 and ASME; storage tanks to AS 1692, API 620 and API 650.

Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, transportable vessels, etc. are subject to 'design registration' and 'plant registration' in Australia. Pacific Engineering offers pressure vessel design verification and registration services.

A Windows-based software [ AS1210+ ] designed and based on AS 1210, is integrated with TEMA and ASME codes, which has been exclusively developed by Pacific Engineering to assure accurate pressure vessel and heat exchanger designs and design verifications.

A fully equipped workshop in Sydney serves for all fabrication, modification and repair work. We produce replacement tube bundles for existing exchangers.

Our workshop capabilities include the fabrication of large tanks up to 4m in diameter, 30m in length and weighing up to 40 tons. Our proximity to the M5 South West Motorway and the Westlink M7 provides convenient transportation options.
